A. Requirements:

Territories and APOs/FPOs are not eligible.
4. Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.
B. Requirements: A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:
1. He/she violates any of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service,
2. He/she attempts to exploit any vulnerability on MSXPoints.com and/or apps.facebook.com/freexboxpoints (e.g., "hacking"),
3. He/she is determined by MSXPoints.com , in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with its advertisers.
4. He/she posts instructions for canceling any offer, a walkthrough, or any other type of tutorial or suggestion on a website. This includes but is not limited to: instructions on completing a specific offer, suggesting an offer based solely on its payout, or including cancellation web addresses or telephone numbers.
5. He/she provides fake, invalid, or information that does not reflect themselves on an offer. Each user must use his/her VALID information on every offer completed. A user may not create an email address or voicemail box for the sole purpose of completing offers.
II. RESERVED RIGHTS
A. Reserved Rights. MSXPoints.com reserves the following rights:
1. MSXPoints.com reserves the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason.
2. MSXPoints.com reserves the right to disable any account for any reason.
3. MSXPoints.com will report fraudulent activities to the proper authorities.
4. MSXPoints.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any such update will be posted to this page.
5. MSXPoints.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
III. OFFERS
A. Offer Completion
1. MSXPoints.com is solely responsible for offer crediting. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit.
2. Users may only complete an offer if they have never completed it previously, whether on this site or another.
3. While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors do occur.MSXPoints.com is not responsible for typographical errors on the offer pages.
4. MSXPoints.com reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time for any reason.
5. Users must try only those offers in which they have a legitimate interest. If a user is found, in MSXPoints.com 's sole discretion, to be in violation of this provision, his/her earnings will be forfeit and his/her account disqualified.
6. Users must provide valid information when signing up for offers. Falsifying information for offers is grounds for account or offer credit disqualification.
7. MSXPoints.com uses industry-standard tracking software, but occasionally offers fail to credit. CravingRewards.com does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit.
B. Offer Terms
1. MSXPoints.com is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it.
2. If a sponsor reports you as using a stolen or fraudulent credit card, your account will be terminated and all points will be forfeited If an advertiser reports to us that you have provided them fake or falsified information we will chargeback your account double, and may terminated your account at our sole choice.
3. The use of a Prepaid Credit Card and/or Debit Card is strictly prohibited on our site. If you are found to be using such a card from our sponsors you will NOT BE PAID, and your account WILL BE BANNED.
IV. PAYMENTS ("Cashing out / Prize Requests")
A. Disbursement.
1. All payment of rewards is carried out by MSXPoints.com and advertisers should not be contacted regarding this matter.
2. If the user chooses to receive a gift, he/she agrees to allow up to 3 additional business days for the digital goods to be delivered by e-mail.
B. Substitution.
1. No substitution, assignment or transfer of cashouts is permitted, except by MSXPoints.com. MSXPoints.com will make reasonable efforts to alert the user when a substitution occurs.
V. INDEMNIFICATION
A. Liability:
1. You agree to hold MSXPoints.com completely without liability or fault in the course of any court proceedings ("hold harmless").
B. Unenforceability:
1. If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
VI. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A. Time zone. All dates and times given are U.S. Eastern Time.
B. We will not be held responsible for mis-configured browsers or computers that block or do not allow tracking cookies. Before using our site you agree that you have checked that your computer does allow session cookies.
VII. CUSTOM ORDERS
A. If you request an item from our listing, and choose to order one that is in the used condition and it arrives in an un-usable condition, we will not accept returns on it nor facilite exchanges on it.
VIII. MANUAL CREDIT
A. We do not offer any form of manual credits. Due to Fraud and abuse most advertisers will not honor a credit. If your offer did not track properly this is due to fault of your computer not handling tracking cookies properly. We suggest marking the offer as available than re-marking it as completed a second time. Some times an offer does not import within 7 days which results in it getting denied by mistake.
IX. Recommendations
A. We highly recommend before using our site you clear your cookies, set your browser to allow all cookies, and make sure if you have any anti-spy ware program it is not blocking cookies. Many anti-spy ware programs give you the false sense of protection by deleting "tracking" cookies as they come in, but in fact are protecting you against nothing.
